At Wild Oak Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
